“The staff were really great, helpful, and kind. They had almost everything at the hotel – tram passes, cigarettes, stamps – and it could all be charged to the bill. The price was good with breakfast and Wi-Fi included. Our room was spacious with a big bed and was the only one with a balcony. There's a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and the food was decent. Getting to the city centre was easy on tram 12 or the metro, about 15 minutes. They also gave us a welcome drink and a bottle of water. I'd recommend it.”
